What can I expect from the show?
Champagne-cabaret meets circus-cabaret. The show blends sultry cabaret, burlesque humour, world-class acrobatics, aerial acts, dance, music and variety-style performance. Expect high production value and world-class international talent. All set inside the velvet draped, Award Winning new theatre The West End Electric.
Where is the event located?
The West End Electric is located at 125 Boundary St, West End 4101 QLD. Enter via Wilson St.
Does the event take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience is held indoors.
How long does the show last?
Blanc de Blanc Encore runs for 115 minutes including a short interval.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes. The theatre bar and balcony bar are open for an hour pre show and also post-show serving a delectable menu of freshly shaken cocktails and nibbly bits to get your party started.
Is there parking available?
There is no on-site parking at The West End Electric. We recommend using public transport or ride-share services for your journey.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets can be purchased at the bar prior to the start of show time. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets via the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. About access to the event
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving around an hour before the show to give yourself time to grab a drink and soak up the atmosphere before being seated. The Balcony Bar opens 60 minutes before showtime and the seating area of the theatre and the main bar will open 30 minutes prior to showtime. The show will start promptly at the time stated on your ticket.
Late arrivals may be held at the door and admitted at the discretion of venue staff to avoid disrupting the performance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Service animals are welcome at The West End Electric. Please note the show includes loud sounds and theatrical effects, which may not be suitable for all animals. If you plan to attend with a service animal, contact us at ticketing@strutnfret.com in advance so we can support your visit.
Is the venue accessible?
The West End Electric is able to cater to a number of access requirements. The main theatre seating area has level access from Wilson Street. The main bar and accessible bathroom are located on the "platform" level which can be accessed via wheelchair lift or via a flight of 4 steps.
The second floor balcony bar and bathroom facilities can only be accessed by stairs.
If you're visiting with a mobility device, please contact us at ticketing@strutnfret.com ahead of your arrival and our team will be happy to assist with advice specific to your needs.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of a companion card. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the event accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Blanc de Blanc Encore is a visual and aural performance. While we currently do not offer interpretation (e.g. Auslan) or audio description services, we encourage you to please contact us at ticketing@strutnfret.com in advance so we can provide advice specific to your needs.
Will there be strobe lights?
Blanc de Blanc Encore features strobe lighting and theatrical effects as part of the immersive experience. If you're sensitive to strobe lights, please take this into consideration before attending.
Will toilet facilities be available on site?
Yes, toilets are available onsite. Please ask venue staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the event?
Photography and video are permitted, but flash photography is strictly prohibited. Please note: filming and photography are not allowed during scenes featuring mild nudity. Please follow directions given by the venue staff at all times.
Is cloakroom service available?
No, cloakroom service is not offered. Please only bring items you can comfortably carry with you.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Blanc de Blanc Encore is strictly 18+ due to mild nudity and adult themes.
What are the prohibited items at the event?
The following items are not permitted:
- Smoking or vaping devices
- External food and drink
- Audio recording devices
- Drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Flammable materials
- Torches or lasers
- Professional cameras
- Promotional materials (e.g., flyers, samples)
- Selfie sticks or tripods
Group Packages
How many people do I need to book a group package?
Packages are available for groups of 8 to 30 people.
Can I book a package for more than 30 people?
Yes! If you would like to book for more than 30 people, please get in touch with us at ticketing@strutnfret.com.
When should my group arrive?
We recommend arriving 60 minutes prior to the show to check in your tickets and redeem the welcome drinks included in your package.
Will my group be seated together?
Yes, packages include reserved seating.
Someone in my group can no longer make it, can their ticket be refunded?
All tickets are non-refundable.
Will our food and drinks be brought to us?
All food and beverage inclusions should be collected at the bar during your visit.
Can we reserve seats before paying?
Tickets cannot be reserved without payment.
Can members of our group pay for their tickets separately?
Tickets must be purchased in one transaction.
Can we get something to drink other than the provided bubbles?
If bubbles aren't your style, you're welcome to swap for a non-alcoholic option or another beverage of equal value. Just have a chat with our bar team when you arrive.
